West End Wings Limited, trading as Hooters (Hooters) iscommitted to protecting and respecting your privacy. Thispolicy together with our Terms of Use and any other documents referred to on it, set out the basis on which any Personal Data (as defined below) we collect from you or which you provide to us will be processed by us as a result of using or interacting with our website as set out below. We aim at all times to process and collect your data lawfully, transparently, fairly and without adversely affecting your rights as a Data Subject (as defined below).  Please read the following carefully to understand our practices and procedures.  The website we operate is:http://www.hootersnottingham.co.uk/, its related domains and sub domains (Hooters Site) which is managed by Mark Lunn of AmericaUK.com in USA data centres.

Definitions

In this policy the following terms shall have the following meanings:

Cookie: a small file placed on your computer or device by the Hooters Site when you visit certain parts of the Hooters Site and/or when you use certain features of the Hooters Site.

Children under the age of 18

Persons under the age of 18 are not eligible to use our services and we ask that minors do not submit any personal information to us.  We will not knowingly accept any data from a person who is under the age of 18 years.  

Information We Collect from you

We will collect and process the following information: 
• technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform; 
• information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time), download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page, and any phone number used to call us.
• If you: (a) complete one of our enquiry forms on the Hooters Site; (b) enter into a contract with us for our services; (c) report a problem with the Hooters Site; or (d) otherwise correspond with us, we may collect your name, address (including e-mail address), other contact details, phone numbers, identification and bank details.
Use of your information 
We will use the data collected about you in the following ways:
• to provide services to you, including but not limited to booking tables and dining at our restaurant;
• improve the efficiency of the Hooters Site;
• to develop services;
• to notify you of changes to our services;
• to understand our customer requirements and preferences, perform analysis and comparisons;
• to administer and update our website to ensure it runs smoothly on your hardware;
• to perform market research or analysis on customer preferences or trends and 
• to deal with your enquiry with a view to entering into a contract with you;
• to note your details as an attendee at a funeral.

Where we store your personal data
• Although the data we collect from you is stored in the European Economic Area ("EEA"). Data transferred to third parties to perform our contract you may be transferred to third parties outside the EEA, e.g. data passed to our online booking and delivery provider and information sent and received on email.  By submitting Personal Data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
• As referred to above, all information you provide to us is stored on our servers. We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to encrypt the data on the Hooters Site. The parties with whom we share your data to perform our contract with you may have different arrangements in place.  
• When you submit your Personal Data to the Hooters Site it is stored on the site for a maximum period of 24 months, after which time it will be removed but may be stored on our servers if you subsequently enter into a contract with us.  
• We take all reasonable technical, organisation and security steps to ensure that the information you supply to us over the internet is secure.   
Your rights

Disclosure of your information

You agree that we have the right to share your Personal Data with: 

• Any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.

• business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with them or you;
• analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of the Hooters Site.
• To a prospective buyer or seller if we sell or buy any business or assets. 
• If any of the shares in Hooters are sold or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.
• If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data to comply with any legal obligation, or to enforce or apply our terms of business or terms of use, and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Hooters, our customers, or others. All Cookies used by Hooters on the Hooters Site are used in accordance with current Cookie Law. We may use some or all of the following types of Cookie:
• Strictly Necessary Cookies - a Cookie falls into this category if it is essential to the operation of the Hooters Site, supporting functions such as logging in. 
• Analytics and Flash Cookies - it is important for Hooters tounderstand how you use the Hooters Site. For example, how efficiently you are able to navigate around it, and what features you use. Analytics Cookies enable us to gather this information, helping Hooters to improve the Hooters Site and your experience of it.

Email Tracking

Some emails that we send have tracking on so that we can tell how much traffic those emails send to the Hooters Site.

Suppliers and Other Service Providers

From time to time we use third party suppliers and service providers to facilitate our services. For example, we use Quandoo to handle our online and offline reservations for us.  Quandoo is a restaurant technology platform.  Which provides the ability to for us to accept, create and manage reservations.   Collection of Personal Data (including the use of cookies), is subject to Quandoo's privacy policy.  

In addition, where any other service provider collects information directly from you (for example, if we ask a service provider to conduct a survey for us) you will be notified of the involvement of the supplier or service provider, and all information disclosures you make will be strictly optional.
